Huizhong holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honors) in Visual Communication from Nanyang Technological University. Prior to that, she graduated as valedictorian with a Diploma in Multimedia & Animation from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
Currently, she works as a Senior Designer for Valtech, a global experience innovation company that aims to unlock a better way to experience the world.
Her expertise spans the full design process—from user research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting to responsive UI design, prototyping, and scalable design systems. She has contributed to projects for clients such as L’Oréal, CapitaLand, Charles & Keith, Banyan Group, HMI Medical, and TransitLink, delivering user-centric solutions that are grounded in strategy and aligned with brand identity.
